Buying from Flippa

So I notice that a large quantity of the sites for sale on Flippa are Autoblogs with Adsense installed. The good sellers provide Adsense stats and visitor stats for the past 6 months, so you know their site is at least legit. But, I already know that Adsense is in the process banning most of these type of sites. So, my idea is going to be install Chitika, which I believe is Adsense main competitor, and have made no announcements about Autoblogs yet. Does anyone have any comments on this idea, I would especially like to hear from someone who has tried Chitika.
