Where to do Article Backlinking?

If I write an article for my website, spin it for article websites (which dont rank for much of anything anymore anyway), where should I send the backlink to?

If I send it to the main domain, that makes sense, but I am told I should be linking further down, into other web pages. However, if I have one article about a topic, spin it, what am I supposed to do? Point to the same article on my site? That doesnt make sense. I certainly do not want to write two articles about the same thing, that just seems silly, and time consuming. I said everything the first time.

What do you do with your back links?

Two links, one to your domain, one to an internal page

By internal page do you mean a second page that you`re trying to target for a keyword.

Sure, but the SAME article page (pre-spun) so it is the same topic, or a page topic completely unrelated?

So, unless I am misunderstanding, everyone seems to be saying that the Spun Article should point back to the Main Website and the same Unspun Article on my website?

From what I read, Google can't really tell the difference between a good spin and the original. So it's a valid link. I just don't get why I would want to link to what is essentially the same content.

Because there's two reasons to back-link.. (1) link-juice (for ranking), and (2) traffic

What you're saying makes sense for (2) because it's redundant to give the reader the same information. (However I would recommend only providing a "preview" in your spun article, so it's not so repetitive)

But, by linking a spun article to the original, it provides good link-juice because Google sees it as a relevant link that is on the same topic. Especially if you use similar keywords.

So really it depends on what your goal is.. traffic from the article, or increase SERP position. Either way the traffic will be the same (they don't know where it's pointing) .. but the bounce-rate might increase. Then again, they might find that the "full" article actually satisfies their needs.

Maximum 3 kinks you can put in author resources so better one for your home and another 2 your inner page, hyper with targeted keywords .

All Articles sites allowed 3 to 5 backlinks to submit anchor text kewords, so do article marketing..
