    Alexa Rank is better as its give U global rankings i.e. U can compare your website from rest of the world whereas Google Gives Page Rank Only and too is hard to achieve as compared to Alexa

    Neither. rank don't mean jack.

    Use the autosurf tools to increase your alexa rank... if you really want to waste time working to increase something that means zilch.

    Although, I seen a cat on flippa who gets his autosurf on and makes article directory sites top 100,000 on alexa and people seem to want to pay a few hundred for each one. Blows me away.. what a wakeup call that must be once they take ownership.

      Neither are important.

      There is no such thing as Google rank. Google isn't a website directory and they don't rank websites.

      Alexa rank can easily be manipulated and it's rankings are based on those who have installed their toolbar or widgets, so it weights those who are interested in it much higher than those who aren't, which makes the ranking system unreliable except for narrow applications.

    well as for me, alexa rank is not that important comparing with google rank as google rank will bring in more traffic to your sites. while alexa ranking is just a fame to my opinion... not much to consider on alexa... don't spend ur time using autosurf... you'll spoil your seo =)

    It depends on which side of the monetization you are categorizing your site on. For instance, banner advertisers tend to look at the alexa rank of their prospect as it indicates the flow of traffic to the site, thus the lower the alexa number, the higher the traffic. On the flip side, if you are an affiliate marketer and is tied up to quality affiliate products provided by quality sites such as Amazon, eBay and Google Products, google ranking would be the thing you need to get your focus on. Autosurf won't help you sell a product if you are selling goods on your site.

    Anyways, focus on Google rankings and your Alexa rank will follow along the way. The more you acquire traffic from search engines, the higher your Alexa rank will be.
