Can anyone tell me how to do an exact match search in traffic travis 3.0 (free version) when in the SEO analysis window ? (searching competition backlinks)

Is it "keyword" or [keyword]?

I am getting different results when using "keyword" or [keyword] and dont know which is which.

I've been searching for the answer for half an hour.
It seems that every tool does it differently.

For instance I did an allintitle search on google browser and it turns out that if you want to do an exact match there, its "keyword". Not [keyword] as it is in google keyword tool.
How's that for confusing????
thanks!

I know this doesn't really answer your question, but the Market Samurai keyword research module is free. (Even after the demo expires.) With MS it's pretty easy to choose between exact, phrase, and broad stats.
