Are you looking to check a number of backlinks at once? (For example, the backlinks pointing to your website.) Off the top of my head, I think Traffic Travis does this.

    • If you install 2 things. SEO Quake and Chrome SEO (if you are using chrome) These have all sorts of cool things like that.
You can have a bar at the top of the page with shows you the PR of any page you are on, and how many backinks it has. You can also set it so that any link on the page that is no follow has a line through it.

I have them setup on my laptop and they work well.

SEO elite is what I use, when analyzing back-links. It will tell you whether the links are no-foolow or do-follow. But of course it is not free.

SEO Spyglass checks nofollow/dofollow as well. I use a pro version, but as far as I know it has a free one as well.

Anyway, link builders shouldn't target dofollow links solely. Nofollow links have a merit too - though not purely SEO one.

SEOQuake plugin is very useful for nofollow/dofollow, and what's more it's available for FF, opera, and chrome browsers.

The backlink analyzer tool that can be found at SEObook (tools.seobook.com/backlink-analyzer) is pretty good at giving the kind of report. Moreover, I am also using Chrome SEO on Google Chrome since I now am a GC fan.
