Hello, I bought some software that autoblogged in WP and put my banners between autoblogs.
It was rocking 30-40 hits a day. Lasted 5 days and my hosting acct was suspended. I saw a post that the software was also spyware. I dont know if I believe that or perhaps a post every 30 minutes was too much.
(what is the recommended blog per day?)
Now that autoblog isnt working. I used a different autoblog and it is not working either. (Is my hosting acct.---It was turned back on after i complained---Blocking my pluggins from posting?

Thanks Friends, any Help is Greatly Appreciated

Those plugins make your server do a tremendous amount of work. You should be posting once or twice per day. The posting every half hour obviously killed your server.

This is 2011. If that caused a server overload, man are they using
      something from the stone age.

30-40 hits a day is not rocking, but that's beside the point.

Something triggered an alarm to go off that your page was
doing something that wasn't kosher and a danger to their
server and all sites on it. It sounds like they pulled the plug
on all server side functions except for html, from being
called from your site. That is, no php, databases, etc.

Since you can't be trusted, you may need to switch hosts
and basically start all over. And do it right this time.

Posting a single new post every 30 minutes is nothing and I doubt that getting your account suspended had anything to do with your autoblog software as far as this is concerned. I can't speak about the malware since I don't know.

I did have problems with my last host when running very time consuming cron jobs. I switched to hostgator and couldn't be happier. If I max out the resources on there, they just kill the job automatically and you never hear a gripe. But.. I hit their servers pretty hard and rarely ever have a problem. They definitely get my vote.

On shared hosting they do this kind of thing, because it affects other hosted sites too. May be you want a dedicated hosting package.

I will eventually get the dedicated hosting, but is too expensive just starting out. Is there a way to moniter my useage so I know when I cross the line or need to upgrade.
I am going to try hostgator.

      Warrior forum is awesome!

I like HostGator, too. They are here in Texas; I see billboards all the time with either coupon codes for new users or looking to hire people who know linux. I had no idea where in TX they were until last week when I drove past what appeared to be their corporate office. I'm very pleased with the service they have provided me.

One post every 30 minutes is nothing. I can see if you were trying to add 50 posts per hour or if you had a blog that already had 10,000+ posts but if your server host can't handle one new post every 30 minutes that is definitely their problem.

The one exception would be if you were processing dozens of feeds each time to find that one post. Another possibility is that your site just got hacked and was used to host spyware or something (autoblogged itself definitely is not spyware). You also need to watch out if you are using a pirated version, there have been a number of pirated wp themes and plugins lately that have contained backdoors and other malware.

If you want to try a different hosting account, you might want to see if this deal is still going: http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...ting-more.html

The most possible thing is that it is taking too much server resources. Still many hosts are running with minimum possible hardware as they always want to get the maximum profit!
