Hi, my name is Tyrone Shum and some of you may know me as being the guy who talks about outsourcing and I welcome you to my
90 Day Challenge to be Top 3 on Google
.

Let me explain what this challenge is and how it's going to work...

I am going show you the detailed process of my ranking for the chosen keyword "outsourcing" and aim to rank in the top 3 spots of Google within 90 days. Sounds simple? I'll let you decide...

Just to let you know, the term "outsourcing" receives over 20,000 searches a day and Wikipedia currently sits at No.1 for that search result. Other top sites such as businessweek.com and outsourcing.com are there also. It's going to be quite a challenge, because these websites are very well established already. Though I'm not saying it not possible and hence the reason for this challenge.

To set the platform and to let you know where this is at so far. The website has just been setup in the last week. I purchased this domain outsourcinglive.com previously back in September 2010 and it had not been used until May 25th 2011. There is proof just from my Google Analytics that this domain has zero traffic coming daily prior to May 25th. You will see at my blog where I will also detail and outline the processes and strategies I use as well showing you the start date and how much traffic has come through to the site. As I write this it's currently June 3rd and it's only been a little over a week. Google is still indexing my pages.

My intentions are to rank on the first page of Google for the term "outsourcing" and to be on the top 3 spots within 90 days. Once I have achieved this, I will start the monetization process which I may share. This I have yet to decide.

On top of sharing with you my journey, detail rankings of this website and traffic statistics, I will use Market Samurai as the tool to find other keywords that I will be targeting for that are relating to the same market and that would help aid the main keyword "outsourcing" to move higher into the ranks faster. Furthermore, my V.A. (virtual assistant) will be assisting me with building the backlinks and optimization to the site, whereas I will be the one creating the content. As I'm targeting the keyword "outsourcing" it ties in really well because you also get to see how I outsource this stuff just to V.A.

There are many reasons for doing this and one of them is to share my knowledge and help others who are struggling with getting the initial traffic they need to their website, so they can begin to make money. When I first started I wish I had someone to keep me accountable and also show me the step by step process they took in getting traffic to their website.

So, this post here is to also keep me accountable and what better way to do it in a large forum like Warrior forum. Finally one of the other reasons is to test out Joseph Archibald's theory and combining one other strategy in a very competitive niche. If you have seen Joseph's work, his 40 day backlinking strategy works very well for a smaller niche markets and I believe it's time to test this on a bigger and competitive market.

Well, I will let this post speak for itself and when we reach the 90 day mark we will see if this strategy works and where this site is positioned.

If you have read this far, I thank you for your time. It's now time for me to get to work on this strategy and I will definitely keep you posted here with my reasons on why I do certain tasks.

Also I will be posting on Outsourcing Live (my blog) the progress and rankings as well, so you can see it there if you happen to pass through.

You can now sit back, watch and learn.

Just Outsource It!

Hey Tyson, cool idea and I will be following. I like your stuff and found out about you through Pat Flynn, you have a great blog. I am just starting my own Make money online blog and will also be sharing how I make money with adsense and Amazon.

Thanks for doing this, I will definitely follow with your progress.

Oh, and I just started a website and it took me 3 days to get it on the first page of google, made $16 from the website already. It's at the bottom of the first page, so I figure once i hit the top I could make about $10 - $20 a day!

Will be interesting to see if your method is any different from mine

      Hey Jeremy,

Thanks and appreciate your comment! By the way my name is spelt Tyrone, not Tyson.

Also Pat and I have been working together on the niche sites and the strategy works really well for them and this is why I want to see if it works in a very competitive market.

Let's see over the next 90 days.

      Cheers

Woops, sorry about that I don't know why I typed Tyson!! It was 4am at the time. I checked your domain and I am sure you will be able to rank for your keyword, you already have a good amount of followers and LOTS of good content. A good backlinking strategy always works well on these types of domains.

@Jeremy - that is great you could start making $10+ a day with your new site. Most beginners would be wondering how you did it? Perhaps you could share your site as well?

Also, I agree with a good backlinking strategy it should work well. I'm implementing Joseph Archibald's techniques and also a video strategy I learnt from my buddy Gideon Shalwick as well.

@markowe - yes it is true I am going for an authority site, and for anyone to find any blog / website you need to promote / market it. So in many ways by me doing this challenge and sharing it here on the forum it will receive interest and I have nothing to hide about it because for any website / blog to get attention you have to get it out there. In addition the challenge is here to also share with you the backlinking strategy I will be using and showing people if it's possible to rank in a competitive market. We know this strategy already works for smaller "niche" markets, so there was no point for me to do another one of those challenges.

@chimehost - I will be focusing on building "quality" backlinks to the site. I have already found quite a number of PR 5 - PR 8 sites where I will be getting links from. In addition I will be using software to get lots of backlinks as well, so they can vary from PR 1 - PR 4. I will want to see if just focusing on "quality" backlinks will just work as well. I'll keep you posted on this.

Also, thank you to the people who have left comments on my blog and who are participating in this challenge as well. I have set up a dedicated page for anyone who wants to be involved and would like their website to be tracked as well (for accountability). You can leave your details at: 90 Day Challenge

Thank you and I'll keep you all posted.

Great challenge Tyrone, i 've used some of your video strategies (tube mogul) and that works good on small niches. i used as well UAW for back-linking. i'am not sure that a link wheel still work with the panda update ! i will follow this thread with passion. it will be touch but i am sure you will get it.
            good luck !

@freddyian - thanks for following. Yes Tubemogul has worked for me very well to build links from various video network sites back to the main site. Though I realised after a bit of time it should have been pointing back to a video site and not the direct website you are optimizing for. Also the method I am using is not a so called link wheel as the links are not going to be closed and therefore will not create a full circle. By doing it that way I will have a greater chance that the search engine will look at it as being more natural.

              Thanks for your support!

                hey Tyron,

                thanks for your comment.

Can you explain a little bit why "Though I realised after a bit of time it should have been pointing back to a video site and not the direct website you are optimizing for" and how do you do it ?. i had myself on a few micro niche page been sandboxed for a few days after using tube mogul and some social media backlink profile together (more or less the same days)! I never had an issue using tube mogul alone pointing to the direct site.

thanks again for sharing your strategie.

@freddylan - let me explain. My main site where I posted all my content and wanted that site to rank for had received way too many links in a very short period of time which did not look organic and that's why I think Google Sandboxed it for a while. If you were to send hundreds of back link to it within say the first month or so of this new domain / website it's most likely that Google will flag it and you may not even get any ranking.

In addition, it's safer to point your tubemogul links back to the Youtube channel where is normally handles that many links back to it's site. So it's all about how long the site has been around for that makes the difference. If it's been only up for a few weeks I wouldn't try anything too drastic.

So far I've been following this way I described above and it's been working for a few of my niche sites as well.

I wish I was pulling in $10 000 from one site I have a lot of niche sites and developing a few authority domains. With all these sites combined I am pulling in close to $10 000 a month give or take.

I have made a few threads on here to share some tips and tactics, however the mods have been deleting some of them because (I am guessing) I am answering every question and they don't like that the thread stays on the first page?? I started another thread where I only respond 3 times so hopefully I can help that way.

Thanks for sharing and great stuff that you doing so well. A lot of people dream of making close to $10K per month just on niche sites. I'm curious as well, how long has this taken you and also where is a majority of your income generated from?

                Thanks,
I learned about making money online when I put adsense on my first website and made about 10 cents a day. For the next few years I made a few other websites and got up to around $10 a day. I just did this for fun a few hours a month while going to school and traveling. Then when I got a full time job for the first time and hated it I decided I would look into this Making money online thing

I followed the big bloggers who were making big money and read all their posts, printed all their old posts and studied for about 4-6 months and tested things, then dove right in. I would say that after I took it seriously it took me about 9 months to be able to quit my job.

About half my income is from google adsense, the other half from Amazon, and random affiliates. I get cheques in the mail and paypal payments for all kinds of things for sites I built just for a niche affiliate.

@pribs - thanks - the challenge Pat and I did worked very well and that's why I'm up for trying this strategy on a competitive niche like this. In regards to the backlinking we are using Blogblueprint and also Unique Article Wizard to submit our spun content onto difference sources. I don't know exactly which sites they are and I trust that these tools do what they are suppose to do based on previous examples and also from reviews of others. Furthermore as we've experienced so far with our students inside our niche site training course we've seen great results on their sites just from these two tools.

I just want to add as well, it does take a bit of time for the backlinks to be shown from the Article directories we've submitted to as we are still awaiting for approval from them. As for the web 2.0 blogs they should be showing and I'll have to check to see why they are not.

Lastly to answer your statement about "expecting to see a different linking pattern from a site" - I did not want to change the strategy because if it works, why change it? I'm just tweaking the processes by making them smoother with my team so we get backlinks quicker.

@Zane236 - Thanks. Sure will be and I'm up for it!

@Jeremy - That's awesome! I would love to ask if I could interview you about your story and share it with my subscribers? It would be very inspiring.

@Shakd - Nice. If you feel up to it, please share your niche and we can all learn from your journey as well?

                Thank you to everyone.

                UPDATE: June 18th, 2011

                Hi everyone,

It's been an interesting week with more consistent backlinking and adding more content. So let me provide you with some of the stats first:

It seems like my ranking hadn't changed since last week and I'm sitting at spot 29 as I write this. It looked as though not much happened, but I did slip back yesterday to spot 35 and the highest spot I was at this week was on 25. So it's been a little yoyo over the last week. Not much movement and I'm just consistently generating more content and building more backlinks. In addition Bing has finally picked up my site and it's now being ranked in the top 25 spots. Nice!

Also you will notice down below that my backlinks jumped up to 333 from 28 and all it means is that all the articles we submitted and links we created are finally catching up and being seen by Google. No doubt there will be more and this is what happens when we just keep going.

                Here's a quick summary below:

                June 11th:
                (last week)
                Google ranking: 29
                Yahoo ranking: n/a
                Bing ranking: n/a
                backlinks: 28

                June 18th: (today)
                Google ranking: 29
                Yahoo ranking: n/a
                Bing: 21
                backlinks: 333

                What Was Done Last Week:

                - Added 3 new videos to OusourcingLive, which included:
                - Monday Tutorial on Dropbox
                - Wednesday Podcast with Microsourcing CEO
                - Friday How To video on getting traffic from Youtube and update on 90 Day Challenge
                - Spun content and posted to article directories
                - Posted comments on high PR Youtube channels
                - Created Forum profiles to link back to Outsourcing Live

Here's how it was done: after each video has been uploaded on Youtube it gets transcribed by my VA and then posted onto the blog underneath each video. (that way it has text for Google bots to crawl through and index) Furthermore, the podcast videos are turned into mp3 audios which gets submitted to itunes for listeners and Friday's How To Videos are turned into iTunes compatible video format so people can also watch it on iTunes as well. That way it has at least 2 additional channels for my content to be consumed.

So after the transcription was done this week, it was spun into 40 different articles and was again submitted through to the article directories as a new article. We submit usually 15 each week as we can do so much. Then the remaining articles were submitted through to Blogblueprint which staggers the postings automatically over a few days rather than all at once.

Another couple of things we did (my video production assistant did this) he went to high PR Youtube channels and left comments there so that it would add more backlinks to our channel (a maximum of 10 comments a day). The other thing that was done was to setup 20 forum profiles on high PR forums leaving a link in our profile back to Outsourcing Live.

So as you can see there was quite a lot of backlinking done for this week and next week we will be adding more to the list.

Lastly this coming Monday (June 20th) I am running a contest partnering with Microsourcing to give away $1,000 worth of outsourcing services. It will be interesting to see what happens with this and how many backlinks could be potentially created because to enter, they have to either Tweet or share the contest on Facebook. So I'll update you at the end of the next week about this too.

Anyway I've posted more details about the Youtube commenting strategy I mentioned above at Outsourcing Live and you can watch the video on how it's done.

Well, that's it for me today and I hope this update helps you in your journey as well.

See you next week and have an awesome week!

It seems like you are basically trying to create an authority blog on the subject, right? I mean, it's sort of self-fulfilling because you are promoting it by promoting the promotion, if you know what I mean..! Not knocking the tactic, but it won't work for every niche, of course. Some of the principles ought to be the same though: trying to create not just gazillions of backlinks, but a "buzz" of some sort in the niche. That can be enough to get people linking to you and saying, "There's this new site about outsourcing..." It can be done with micro-niche sites too - harder when you are promoting "garden gate hinge oil", but it can still be done.

      UPDATE: June 11th, 2011

      Hi everyone,

It's been a little over a week since I wrote my post about my challenge and I wanted to share with you what's been happening and what my strategy is (also the strategy may change as I test different concepts).

Alright firstly I want to provide you with an update of current ranking for this site. I have been using Market Samurai to track to see where Outsourcinglive.com is sitting for the keyword "outsourcing" and it's been fluctuating up and down in different positions in the last week. I know this is normal as Google is still determining what this site is doing in comparison to other sites out there.

As of today, this site is ranking on spot 29. Which surprised me to jump into this position so early on. I also have realised the importance of having the "keyword" in the domain and I think Google provides more weight on those domains.

Anyway, here's what's happening so far...

      The Strategy:
I am targeting 3 different areas to create backlinks to the site. Though they are not all going to be directly pointed back to the site. (reason being is because Google will see it's not organic and therefore may flag my site and potentially sandbox it)

So what I am doing right now is to build up "external sites" that will have a majority of the backlinks pointing back to them. See my diagram below as it's easier to see visually than to explain in writing.

The sites that are going to be pointing back to my main site are:

      - Youtube Channel (outsourcinglive channel)
      - Article directories (Goarticle.com, Ezine Articles, Article Dashboard, Article Blast, Buzzle)
      - Blogging sites: (Blogger, Wordpress, Tumblr and Squidoo)

Then these sites mentioned above will have links pointing back to them from various websites, and ideally I will be targeting higher PR sites back to them. (I'll have to show this in another post)

      ------------------
From there it's a matter of creating content and having it published in different formats and syndicated across the web. So here are the steps that we are doing with content creation:

      1. I create a video on topics on outsourcing and any other related keywords as well. I have already hand picked a few using Market Samurai that show certain keywords are not as competitive and I can optimise and rank for quickly.
      2. This video get's edited by my video editor and he will upload the video onto Youtube adding the title, description and tags. (I have provided him with specific training tutorials on this process)
      3. He will then send the mp3 audio version of the video to my Virtual Assistant who will then transcribe the video and also add it to the blog and upload it as "subtitles" onto Youtube.
      4. My virtual assistant will then take this transcript and have it edited and rewritten into an article. In addition she will spin this content into 40 other versions so we have unique articles available to be submitted. (we currently use the software called The Best Spinner)
      5. After the articles have been spun, my virtual assistant will submit these articles to the various article directories and blogging sites mentioned above. Inside each article there will be also a link back to outsourcinglive.com with the anchor text of "outsourcing".

As this is the first part of the process and what we have done to date, this is what I can share with you so far. Hopefully next week we can move onto part 2 and I'll provide you an update of that here.

So, just a quick recap of what has been implemented and done so far:

      1. Video content has been created and scheduled to go out on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
      2. Youtube channel has been setup and initial content had been uploaded to provide some information to viewers.
      3. Accounts have been setup on Article directories with articles posted and spun from the original transcript using The Best Spinner.
      4. Blogging accounts have been setup and articles also posted there too using the spun articles.
      5. iTunes podcast channel has been approved for both Podcast (mp3 version) and Video Podcast (mp4) version. This content is automatically pushed out when new content is published from the blog because we have them converted into the 2 other formats when my video production editor edits the videos.

If you want to see the video of this demonstration I have also posted it on my blog: Revealing The Outsourcing Live Marketing Strategy | Outsourcing Live

Well, that's a quick recap of what's been done this week and I hope to see this site move up the ranks and reach the top 20 spots in the next couple of weeks.

If you have any questions about this, I'd be more than happy to answer it for you.

Have a great weekend and I'll been posting another update same time next week.

This write up of tour last post is excellent! You truly have been a online guru that gets into the nifty gritty details. I'm sure we all can appreciate that. One question you seem to have found high PR forum profiles and YouTube channels. Do you use a specific tool to find these? Or manual searching. Have you ever used scrapebox? I'm hearing so much about it and wondering if its even worth it to find the high PR do follow blogs I can post to over time. That has bee. The most time consuming. I use UAW TBS and BLOGblueprint also. No video yet but plan to do so soon. My site has been kicking around the 25 spot also for a week now. Search engine traffic is increasing daily so I'm confide t it will move up like yours will. Do you also recommend article marketing robot OVER UAW? I hear they are similar bit pricing is completely different. Hoping to hear from you soon

Cheers and thanks for the response!

      Hi everyone,

Sorry I've been away since end of June and the whole month of July as I got married and spent time with my wife and family. Therefore I was hardly online and as you could see from my monthly report I was only working 12 hours for the month of July. Anyway here it is and shortly I'll also reveal to you August's updates and reports.

Since last I posted here, outsourcinglive.com has moved up in ranking and went from ranking of 29th to 16th spot. It was a good jump up and backlinks also jumped up dramatically from 333 to 2,586 which means our back links are being found. I am sure there are more back links some where and only time will show them.

      Here's a quick summary below:

      August 2nd:
      Google ranking: 16
      Yahoo ranking: 23
      Bing: -
      backlinks: 2,586

The Competition I Ran With Microsourcing In June:

As mentioned in one of my other posts, I ran a competition in conjunction with Microsourcing and that was a success. I had over 50 people enter and there were 25 retweets to this post. I had sent an email out to my database and it did draw some attention and what was interesting was it was very targeted traffic as each person who entered wanted to find a company to help them outsource work, especially when it's $1,000 worth of services. In the end a fellow Australian won the contest and has been working with Microsourcing to get his work completed. The outcome from this contest was I received 392 unique visitors to the site on the day of the announcement. The previous day I had 161 unique visitors, so over double the amount of traffic came in that day due to the contest. Worth while running it? Most definitely!

Work My Virtual Team Did To Drive Traffic And Increase Ranking:

At the beginning of the month I also asked my video editor to assist my virtual assistant with the back linking process as I could see that my virtual assistant had too much to do on her own. So now with my video editor helping my virtual assistant with the back linking process we should see some better results. Currently my virtual assistant focuses on writing content and transcribing posts for this blog and the other niche sites we have. Then she will spin them into multiple copies so it is ready for submission to the various sites listed below. My video editor takes over from this process and does the submissions whilst his also able to edit and upload these videos you see on OutsourcingLive.com.

Podcasts on iTunes and Videos on Youtube:

You will notice that I am also spreading my content across two audiences which allows me to capture two different markets in one go. As you can see the posts that were posted in the mont of July, included podcasts e.g OL 006 and also video posts to Youtube. What is helping is that every time I create a video podcast I am able to post this onto Youtube and have the transcript uploaded with it. This is turn is indexed by Youtube and I am being found when someone searches specific topics on outsourcing. In addition, this video's audio is then extracted and posted into iTunes as a podcast and people searching in iTunes can also find this content as well. So essentially I am creating one piece of content once and having it sent to two different audiences and that means I am able to leverage and get more back links. In turn receiving more traffic.

      Summary Of Events On OutsourcingLive.com:

Overall, OutsourcingLive has been moving up over the last couple of months, which is a great sign of progress. I'm currently sitting on the 2nd page of Google for the keyword "outsourcing", and I'm proud to say it's a great achievement. I think getting over to the first page is going to be the most challenging part and with only a few days to go I'll be releasing the results of where this blog is and what's been happening as well.

I have learnt that it's all about consistent effort and taking daily action to implement these strategies and for me I am very lucky to have a team support me in this whole process.

See you all soon in the next update I'll be doing for the month of August.

@Shakd - Thanks. In regards to finding high PR sites, I use SEOQuake to find them both for forum profiles and Youtube. Essentially I do a search via Google using the advanced feature and ensure I type in the topic that relates to my blog and from there using SEOQuake I sort it in order of high PR.

I've never used Scrapebox, so I couldn't assist you or comment on that. I've been sticking with UAW and BlogBlueprint and it's obvious that's it's been working. Patience is the key to seeing results as it's not the question of whether it will happen, but when...

Also about article marketing robot, I have heard of it and I will be considering testing this tool out over the next month as I'm working on a project that will let me test it.

I'll post an update in regards to that later.

@andrewellis3 - my apologises and the challenge is not over yet. I'll be posting in the next week with a final update.

@uzojvp - I've just added a new post with the update of July. August is coming shortly and that will wrap up the 90 days.

Thanks for all your support everyone.

I like this idea, very good, I might learn a thing or two.
But you forgot to mention that your site outsourcinglive.com has a PR 2 and Alexa 62.109 in this very moment, so you don't start from 0, you already have some results with your site.
Also, you already have one PR 3 backlink from another site of yours, one PR 6 from youtube etc. etc.
You are currently on page 2 of Google, at the bottom, so it means you are number 20 in Google for "outsourcing" keyword.
So i think it would be interesting to follow your success, because I believe that with the current website situation it could be hard, but not very hard.

          Best regards !

@mrgood: Thanks. About the PR and the traffic, I did start this blog at almost zero from the end of May 2011. Before Google did a PR update back around June 2011, I was PR 0 and before my Alexa Ranking was at 62,109 I was sitting around the 2,000,000 mark when I started. So it was early days back then and I wish I took screen shots to show you proof. Anyway in my first post I do explain this was originally started from almost nothing. So to move up the spots and to implement this strategy seems to have worked as it's got me on page 2 of Google.

@Mikeys: Thanks for coming along the ride

@Patrich: Cool. I would like to know which country you ran the search for? I did an update using Market Samurai this morning and it says I'm sitting at number 13 now. Anyway that will be what I share in my next update here...

    Thanks for your replies everyone.

    Tyrone Shum

Hahaha nice challenge, but it shouldn't be a problem. Really.. It takes me about 30-60 days to hit top 3 for almost every keyword I target.

    Hi everyone,

Here's an update from me... You can also see the full report with a video on my blog at: Outsourcing Live Monthly Reports: August 2011 | Outsourcing Live

    Month of August:

Google Rank: 12th (moved up 4 spots compared to July 2011)
    Yahoo Rank: 38th
Bing Rank: 29th (from no rank compared to July 2011)
    Backlinks: 2,796

Let's take a look at how we went first. OutsourcingLive.com moved up 4 spots since last month and that is a great result. It shouldn't be too much longer before we hit the first page of Google. Also traffic did increase by 12% over the month and the site has progressed once more to capture new subscribers. We did also see that people were staying on longer to watch the videos compared to July so it's obvious that my content is relevant. Though social interaction could be improved a lot more and that's where I want to engage with the community more often.

Although, I didn't reach my goal over the 90 days with my challenge to reach the first 5 spots on Google for the term "outsourcing" I'm still very happy with what we have achieved over that time. From a stand still of almost zero visitors a day to having now over 4,000 visitors a month is a great achievement in a short period of time just from implementing the backlinking strategy that works that Pat shared with on his blog and the same one we used for our Niche Site Duel challenge. I will still continue to report monthly of what's happening with our traffic and our ranking and at the end of this post I will share with you some new goals.

    Traffic For Month:

    * Visitors: 4,560
    * Average Time Per Visit: 6m 30s
    * Bounce Rate: 21%

Also, here are some highlights for the month of August...

    Highlights For The Month:

    * Traffic to outsourcinglive increased by 12%
    * We moved up 4 spots to 12th place on Google

Interviews I received over the month, instead of Guest Posts...

During the month of August I was very honoured to have numerous bloggers interview me for their blogs. So I wanted to thank them here and also give them a shout out:

    * Duncan from Getting Started As AReal Estate Agent (11th August)
    * Leslie from Learning With Leslie (19th August)
    * Robb from StoryView.me (23rd August)

I’ve found the more interview’s I do, the more it helps with building the “Outsourcing Live” brand and the more traffic sources it can bring back to this blog. So if possible, I’d encourage you to do interviews if you are looking to build your presence in your market.

    Summary Of Events On OutsourcingLive.com:

It was an interesting month for us since it was going to be the last 30 days on the home run stretch to reach the first page of Google. Even though I didn't reach that goal in 90 days it was a great experience to learn more about how to increase traffic with the backlinking strategy I shared above and being "accountable" to it over this course.

I found the biggest challenge for me was not able the implementation, as I had my team to assist me, but to be kept accountable and to report on what has been happening. That's why I struggled to keep up with writing consistently in forum and that's my honest view on this. In saying this I am very glad I did keep my monthly reporting going on my blog and that's where it's continued to motivate me to do it every month from now on.

Even though the 90 days is over, I have set some new goals to reach by the 31st December 2011 and I'll do my best to pop over and post them here as well. Here they are:

    * Increase traffic to 10,000 visitors per month (still implementing the backlinking strategy and other ones I have shared)
    * Target to be on the 1st page of Google for the keyword “outsourcing” and to rank in the top 5 spots
    * Grow the social interaction on the blog and encourage commenting. Aim for a minimum of 10 interactions per post
    * To work no more than 12 hours a week working in my business by 31st December 2011.
    * Have my virtual team build 5 niche websites and following automated procedures to generate a steady 4 figure income

Let me know if you think my goals are achievable and if you would like to find out anything else? More than happy to share this with you.

    Thanks,
