Indexing problem

Hello, I have a 301 riderect from 2 websites to one website but problem is , those 2 websites are still indexed on Google. how do i de-index? i heard you can do that with the robot.txt but i got no skills on that.

    i tried the google removal tool but it does require a valid excuse and justification and mine arent in the options but i still tried

    Have you signed up foe Google Webmaster Tools? I think you can use this to let Google to know your site has moved.

    Submit your site in google.com/addurl. after some days google will index your site.
