Adsense Tweaking

I have 2 great professionally built adsense sites not making any money at all. Stats show there is some traffic but no clicks. I am looking for someone who knows his/her way with HTML and who is making money with adsense to see if anything can be done to improve things for me.

You should be able to get some feedback from members without having to pay for it. You will need to reveal your URL's for that, but I would be hesitant to pay someone and rely on one opinion, when you could get multiple opinions for free and evaluate them against each other.

As xylement stated, placement is a big thing. Picking the right keywords would be another.

  No, not against the rules if it is on topic. It is if it is a blatant attempt to spam or just to create a back link or advertise your site. Under this reason, it wouldn't be a problem.
