Hello,

So, when I type in google: site:www.mysite.com it's showing 3 pages, but my main domain is gone from the results....
When I type site:mysite.com all 4 pages (including homepage) are indexed.
In google webmaster tools I changed that my domain would be displayed as www.mysite.com, but that was about 3 weeks ago. Anyone have suggestion how to fix this problem?

use www or non www,Don't use both,do 301 redirect and submit the url again.

Have you given it time, sometimes it takes time for Google to fix issues. Guess the main questions is the age of the domain? I have had this happen to newer domains and finally the main site showed up again.

I had this question too, since I just started a month ago. I'm guessing your site is new, so all you have to do is wait and it will be corrected.
