Some adsense questions

hi friends,
I have a problem which is, whenever I found the keywords with low competition and high global and local searches, it's always ended up with low advertisers number in SPYFU (mostly results in N/A or just 1)
What's actually the ideal or the minimum number of the advertisers for a keyword/niche to make it an IDEAL keywords ??
I meant it wouldn't be good if i get my site to the 1# in google but no ads appear in the adsense box
NB : for some keywords, though it has N/A or 1 number of advertisers on MAY, it had several/.many advertisers on january feb march etc; should i take those keywords as well ??
