Majestic SEO?

hello,

I use majestic SEO as one of my plugins and I have noticed a big discrepancy between it and yahoo site explorer. on many websites i have noticed yahoo site explorer says a domain will have 100 site wide links where as majestic seo say it has thousands. which is a better number to go by and why is there such a large difference.

Yahoo and particularly Google only show you a very, very small subset of your total links.

Majestic includes a lot of profiles and blog comments whereas YSE misses a lot of forum profiles.
