changing domain name

I had a site with adsense on it and because of a trade mark name I had to let it go, my question is if I change the domain name and publish the site again what will be the status with google, will the site indexed again because it was offline for a month now and I had the site for a year, my new domain will not have any keyword in it.

    When you change the domain you are starting over. You can use the content - assuming it was only the domain that was the problem. Google should treat it like a new site - because it will be new.

    I would use different content at least on the index page and you might do a bit of rewriting of the other content just to make it fresh.

    This is why I always tell people not to use trademarks in domains. You can work a long time on a site - only to lose it.
