Market samurai competition analysis. Your thoughts?

Hi guys and gals,
i just purchased market samurai and I was wondering how to analyse the keywords mentioned below. I have a brand new domain with 45 pages of professionaly written unique and relevant content(no keyword in domainname, but it will look like mydomain.com/keyword).
The competition has old domains, pagerank and backlinks, but they are not all fully optimized for the keywords.
In the top ten there are a few results from amazon and youtube, but no wikipedia or other 'big dogs'.
What do you think of these keywords? Will it be easy to rank for them?
