How much do you pay for SEO services?

Hi warriors,

Just wanted to know how much an advanced warrior spends on SEO services.
I am planning to start an SEO service.
If you are not satisfied with the SEO service you are using now, can you please explain why?

    I've been on the other side of things, at my old company we charged based upon where you ranked. Some clients paid as low as $100/mo and others paid as high as $20,000 a month depending on the size of the campaign and how they were doing.

    I'd highly recommend making sure that you can provide the service that you claim you can. I can't tell you how many stories I've received of people getting scammed, slammed (deindexed), and burned from using SEO services from companies and individuals that don't know what they are doing.

    I'd recommend doing some competitors analysis on the first few pages for popular SEO keywords, sending off some emails, and learning how they work. That should help you gauge how pricing is in the SEO community.

    I personally don't pay for SEO because the algorithm changes so much that rankings you paid top dollar to attain yesterday, can be gone tomorrow.
