How Would You SEO A Wordpress Coupon Blog

I've got a wordpress coupon blog I'm trying to seo for a
keyword to get a top ten ranking in google.

I know that your suppose to have your keyword in the url
title and the H1, H2 and H3 Tags.

The problem I have is there's no place to put the H1,
H2 and H3 Tags I have a banner up & most of my post
is constantly changing.

When I add a new coupon & assign it a category the new post
is put on the front page where all the latest posts is put.

Would the Tagline be a good place for my keyword and also
appear as either H1, H2 or H3 Tags.

What else can I do to optimize it for seo besides these.

    ummm, not the same keyword in all places. related keywords would be more appropriate.

    3-5% Keyword Density is a must.

    Also, Italicize, Bold and Combine those two with
    all of your keywords within the post. I have also
    been noticing huge jumps in Google whenever I
    add new content on my blog(s). So, Experiment
    and see what works best...

      huge jumps in Google whenever you add new content on your blog.

      After you add new content what do you do to get the huge
      jumps in Google.

      I've got to post a lot of coupon codes right now & I've blocked
      Google from spidering my blog because there's not much content.

      How should I go about getting the site listed the right way
      with Google.

      Should I build my directories & put post in them first your
      thoughts on this would be appreciated.

      I want to do this the right way first & not get sandboxed
      by Google or anything.

    Don't over complicate this. Search engine marketing (ranking well in the search engines) is about content. It must be well researched, detailed, well structured and well written.

    Think about your title tags (unique for each page or post) and think about your description tags. But after that make your site as easy and intuitive as possible for people.

      Grab the Platinum SEO plugin to use with it ... just search for it in WP, it's really good and I've got a similar site I'm working on but not coupons,

    I would do it basically the same way I would do a non coupon blog. There's nothing specific about a coupon blog that would require some type of special SEO.

    Don't stress yourself over this. Stuff like H1, 2, 3, etc. is good to have in those other places, but it's not a deal breaker if you miss a few. You guys obsess about too many little details and totally skim over the really important big ones. Try and automate as much of this as u can by getting an SEO plugin or something.
