Hi guys, I bought scrapebox, and 10 private proxies... and I'm finding it hard to find any do follow blogs to comment on. I want to add real comments by the way and not spam.

I understand that its important to have a healthy mix of dofollow and nofollow backlinks... but I'm wondering, do I get any link juice from my nofollow backlinks?

Yeah man the more the links the better. Don't care about nofollow/dofollow so much.

get nofollow/dofollow out of your head. nofollow links will pass link juice and are very valuable. dofollow links pass PR (PAGE RANK).

Regardless of what they pass or don't pass, you should build both. You don't think Google has a red flag for a site with 10,000 dofollow links and no nofollows. The site itself probably won't be penalized, but those links will be given no value.

A nice mixture of links is recommended.

I think Mixture is more important as far as ranking concern because favors to those who have mixture of backlinks. Due to mixture your backlins does not look spamy.

Do- follow comments does pass seo link juice. But for a natural feel, build no-follow comment links as well.
Try to get comment links from niche blogs. These have more weight-age. Again don't add comments to blog pages filled with spammy links even though it has high pr. Google frowns upon them.

No-follow will never help for ranking. They only make your backlinks looks as if natural to google.
