I wouldnt have disclosed your site if i were you , your probably going to see a huge increase in competition now the vultures have started flying above

Give contextweb.com a go, its the best ive found that compares to adsense and you can ad a backup campaign to display ads from another network if they can not find a suitable ad.

Learnt the bitter and painful truth 2 years ago. One of my friends wanted to 'help' me by clicking some of my ads. Got my ass banned straight away. Until today I'm still figuring out how to restore my account.

And my ads were making reasonably good money for me back then.

so I feel for you mate ... =/

I would file an appeal first, offering to co-operate in any way you can.

I would also look at your site stats within the past 48 hours to see whether there was any abnormal spike or other abnormal activity

Since your Adsense earnings are quite big, Google will at least take your appeal more seriously.

These are probably the top ten best Adsense alternatives (hope this helps):

    1. AdBrite.com
    2. Bidvertiser.com
    3. Chitika.com
    4. Infolinks.com
    5. PocketCents.com
    6. Kontera.com
    7. Clicksor.com
    8. ExitJunction.com
    9. DynamicOxygen.com
    10. AdBull.com

That really sucks. I could only imagine losing my Adsense account. That would seriously ruin my life. Very sorry to hear that. As you may know, you're not going to find any alternatives nearly as good as Adsense. Sorry.

Google is not stupid, the moment you put adsense codes from the new account on that domain, you will be banned. It is best to file an appeal first and wait and see what happens.

Since you earn good money on that website, so I think if you can build another Adsense account with you families' or friends' ID, it will be much better than change to another affiliate network.

The point I am making is this. Once an Adsense account is banned, the domains involved are usually flagged as well. In all likelihood, Adsense codes from other accounts won't work. Even if they do, it will get that Adsense account banned in no time.

If you search hard enough in forums like DigitalPoint, there are lots of examples of this happening. This is the reason why I hadn't bothered to get a new account since I was banned a few years ago for using too many MFA sites.

I suppose you can use a new domain and re-direct traffic from the old domain to the new domain. But this is very risky and there are no guarantees that you won't be found out.

Wouldn't work because the domain name and ip address would still be the same. It's super hard to fool google. I haven't heard of anyone being able to get a new adsense or adwords account once banned.

This is something that you do have to be careful of. If your site is getting traffic from sources that Google deems to be harmful to its advertisers then it will disable your account.

You should appeal to Google, I don't see any reason why you can't get your account back if you are not doing anything against their TOS. All the best!

I doubt that will work. Google is pretty thorough about their policies. Once they ban you, it's pretty much over. I made one honest mistake while using AdWords and got banned forever. I tried to reason with them multiple times but had no luck. It's worth a try though, I guess.

Looks you tweeted something like this in April (if this is your twitter, not you then someone trying to use your site)
    Twitter

Secondly try checking logs to your site, pageviews by certain IPs and stuff like that then file your application. Try to write as much details as you can, your source of traffic, behavior of visitors, everything about demographics. You have to defend yourself on adsense forum and i think your are doing right at this stage.

If its not solved then instead of telling your wife about business lost, create a new account with her name and start doing business (hope you know adsense forum). Most of the times adsense account banned has no further issue of other adsense applied. But apply adsense from any other site.

    Thanks

    Interesting...
If www.dailywholesaledeals.com is the site that caused the Google ban, then things must have been resolved by now because I can see nice, working AdSense ads on this site.

The one thing that I see as a problem is that many of the AdSense blocks on of that site are placed right under the titles of the posts - this is against AdSense rules and may get you banned.

AdSense blocks must be placed in the text content below the title, not between the title and the text content.

Where did you hear that? Nothing about that is part of TOS.

You need the read the WHOLE TOS:

      1. Ads shouldn't be placed under a title or section heading in a way that implies that the ads are not ads.
For example, ads shouldn't be placed under titles such as “Dallas Business Opportunities” or “Today's Hot Deals”. Placing ads directly below titles such as these implies to your users that the links in the ads are publisher-created content.
I don't have titles that break the TOS. Do you? Then
you are breaking a very common known TOS. Do not
put ads below text that implies they are not ads. Period. Has nothing to
do with putting adsense below titles that don't break this rule.

Once again, I sure wish people would actually read the TOS. It would save
a lot of grief that people feel when they get banned.

I wish we would let old banned adsense threads die.

You beat me to it Paul. I was just about to mention that too. And yes, I 100% agree with you; threads complaining about being banned by adsense is getting a bit old.

Oh, and another thing to point out. If any thing in the TOS changes, it is up to you to keep yourself up to date. So it is wise to subscribe to the Google Adsense newsletter just to be on the safe side.

I guess you are right, BUT:

        1. I wouldn't place any AdSense blocks right under the titles anyway.
        Why not?
It's easy - because even if your setup is not misleading, you still don't know who is manually checking your site.
Those of us who have dealt with eBay disputes for canceled auctions know what I am talking about. Ebay do have rules that are set in stone, however their mods often don't know of / don't care about / don't follow them.

I figure AdSense moderators are no different - they can interpret their own rules any way they want to - they can interpret your title as misleading. Go start a dispute and try to convince them that it is not... I hear that 99% of all AdSense disputes about banned accounts do not end with a happy end.
So, it's better to be safe than sorry!

        2. The guy who started this thread has a very misleading title that suggests that the ads underneath it are actually the products that are being offered by the title.
So I guess, he is in breach of AdSense rules.
        See screenshot below.

The only way i know anybody getting their adsense back was to find someone( friend or business contact) to approach google to advertise on a specific site ( one that used to have adsense on ) with a request for an ad campaign.

Will cost a few $ as they will have to pay for some ads

If you followed their TOS to the letter and didn't in any shape or form influence clicks then you have a good case of a appeal, don't let that sort of income just die away without a good fight. You've got nothing to lose.

It's would be better to just appeal your ban. Google sometimes considers sites that have been banned especially one like yours if you really have been making that amount.

I took a quick look over your site. Soooo...where is your content? Placing Adsense on a site that lacks content does actually go against the TOS of the Adsense program.

The only content I can see on your website is "feed" content. An example is if you used a program like WPZON Builder; putting adsense on a webpage that has the feed content from that plugin would not be wise. It is not even considered content.
