Hi there. I have a somewhat beginner question.

I was thinking to implement this strategy for high PR backlink.

The idea is that instead of writing an article I can construct a wordpress blog (PR9) (1 blog each week) and I make a post on this blog linking to my money site. Then I go daily and comment on my own post with link to my moneysite again.

Will this be counted as daily PR9 links to my moneysite?

Can I have duplicate content on these blogs? Since I am not interested in ranking these blogs. I just want them for backlinks.

You've got the right idea and a little variation of that strategy can really help you out. I made a video a few weeks ago that I think can really help you understand the process much better.

I really shouldnt even be posting this cause its so damn good, but hey, here it is boss...

It's not a bad strategy but there are a couple of things you need to know.

    1. It's NOT a PR 9 backlink.

    - For one thing, domains don't have pagerank. Pages have pagerank. So a brand new page will always start with pr0 or n/a

secondly, google has stated that every subdomain is treated like a brand new fresh domain. So you're mysite(dot)wordpress(dot)com is considered a completely different domain to the search engines.

    2. wordpress(dot)com be real pain the A$$. It's against their TOS to have affiliate links or self promote your own website. I've tried free wordpress hosing a couple times, and have been banned for various reasons each time. I personally wouldn't spend any time on free hosting because I haven't had any significant results from it. But I suppose if you create a blog that looks completely legit, and don't self promote too hard, you would be able to get away with it.

I may have misinterpreted what you've said but are you planning on building PR9 blogs, one a week?

If you could do that, why do you need to worry about backlinks?

Or are you thinking that having a Wordpress.com site, it will have a PR of 9? If that's the case listen to co2. Firstly you blog will be PR0 and secondly you can't monetize it.

If you build your own at Wordpress.org, you can monetize it but it'll still be PR0 when you start and for some time after.
