How much time should i give to a blog to see if its getting good traffic?
There is an amount of time(once you created the links etc etc, submissions). One week? 2 weeks one month? I know that traffic depends on a lot of factors, but i would like to get a rough idea.I work with an affiliate program fro clickbank.
what can be considered a good traffic daily in order to have some people clicking on my link to the products I am promoting? One hundred people 1 thousand?Every information about is very much appreciated!

You'll generally get a burst of traffic after about a month, but for the next year or so you'll be liable to drop off the rankings and jump around a lot. Your site should be stablized in its rankings within six months to a year, assuming you're not doing constant SEO (in which case it should steadily increase.)

To increase traffic to your site, you need to reference your web pages. Because SEO is the most important factor to increase the number of visitors. Usually after a week the site began to acquirer a small number of vsiteurs between 10 and 20

It took years for me to build up to my present traffic of approx 800 visits a day. I was at 8-10 the first week like you. I began the blog in 2005, so you can see that it has been a very slow climb, however, I'm in a low-volume keyword niche.

For me, it's more a labor of love than a good business decision. However, after all these years, I've learned enough that if I wanted to I could go out and really kill it with a higher volume keyword.

Yeah, i agree with you because the way competition is increasing day by day its really difficult to stay at first page of the Google if once you got the position.

It depends on how much effort you put into it. I have put so much time into a few of my websites - it's really a part-time job. However, I'm ranked #1 in a tough niche and I'm aiming at tougher niches now.

It will take a lot of time and work to get traffic. Nothing comes easy in this crazy business.

I like Ed Dale's rule of thumb in using bad numbers... Basically you should expect at least one sale per 200 clicks. So if you get 200 people clicking over to clickbank you should expect one sale from that traffic.

    I hope this helps.
