I use the blogger high one as well. They also have an auto backlinking plugin that works well.

There is a great free alternative to all these programs... yep, you guessed it, basic SEO.

It's not hard and shouldn't really require a plugin to take care of this for you.

    Keyword in title tag
    Keyword in description tag
    Keyword in h1 header tag
    Keyword in h2/h3 header tags
    Keyword in alt image tags
    Keyword underlined once
    Keyword bolded once
Keyword in first sentence of page
Keyword near last sentence of page
Keyword links out to external RELATED authority page (ie: wikipedia)
    Keyword density anywhere from 2-5%

That's all these plugins are telling you to do. It's basic SEO stuff really. Better off just learning the SEO and that way you can get in the habit of doing it yourself on any site.

I agree with most of these - Keyword in h2/h3 is questionable as to SEO benefit, keyword underlined and bolded does not add SEO benefit. (you may be thinking of the <strong> tag that used to provide benefit, but has been abused so much it no longer carries weight)

      Pretty much agree.

I try to keep things as simple as possible and avoid using plugins if I can. The lighter weight the better.

...and may be once in italics too
+ in title and in caption of image tags
      400-500 words length
and i would better say 1-4% density

      That is it ...

You don't necessarily need the plug in . Just focus on the above list

This is largely true. Everyone should learn the basics of SEO.

What I've done with ClickBump SEO! is to streamline the process of reinforcing these items for the the expert user and introducing them to the novice user in a way that is fun and fast.

You can certainly keep a mental or written checklist of your own SEO guidelines and go down that checklist on every post you create.

I go a few steps further than that and give you one-click access, without leaving the post you are working on, to LSI keywords compiled from the top 10 ranked pages for any given keyword phrase you are writing about.

I've also added link cloaking, the ability to remove the word "Category" from your URLs as well as a few other bells and whistles that my user base has requested.

Never the less, you can do some of these things without my software. Its just not nearly as fun

You dont need a plugin, all you need is a cheat sheet. A kindergarten kid can get this stuff right:

Top 13 SEO TIPS Which Will Boost Your Website!

As for SEOPressor - it is an incredible CPU hog, use the alternative Clickbump SEO. (IF you need a plugin, that is).

But if you look at the cheat sheet (for ON-site SEO), you see its really not hard to do.

If you want an accurate response, perhaps you should explain what SEO pressor is.
