Do You Sculpt Your Ads Displayed

I have been using the ad review centre to block certain categories of ads that I feel aren't in line with content I write for my health blogs. So I have blocked "Dating", "Get Rich Quick", "Ringtones and Downloadables" & "Video Games".

Do you do the same and find it helps your adsense earnings? Or should I leave everything in the hands of the google ads algorithm?

      Don't worry friendclk it is a function provided by Google Adsense from within the old adsense dashboard -> Adsense Setup -> Ad Review Centre where can then check which ad categories to block. I have attached some of the view from adsense for you to see.
