How to make my wordpress blog dofollow?

Does anyone know how I can make my wordpress blog dofollow? Out of the box all links are nofollow, but I want the internal links to be dofollow and the outbound links to be nofollow.
I have searched for plugins, but only found plugins that made comments no/dofollow. I want to focus on all the links.

    I think there is a wordpress plugin called "Do Follow", you can search it from wp-admin. It can change the nofollow attribute to dofollow.

    I'm confused, this is only for comments right? I have a cluster of blogs linking to each from the content and from widgets, did I waste my time or those actual links dofollow?

      This an old thread but I have a question about internal links to pages/posts. When I use SEOQuake ot check my internal/external links on my pages/posts, all of my internal links show up as no-follow... What do I have to do to my site to make sure my internal links (most) are do-follow?
