Adsense rejected me because of difficulties with other accounts i have created with google?

I've recently applied for the adsense program with the site in my signature. Now i know the site might not meet the guidlines but i thought i'd give it a try.

This was 2 days ago.

Today I open my inbox and see a message from google. The mail says (Translated to english since they wrote me in german so it might not be exactly equal to what you read or got) that they do not want to accept me into their program due to difficulties with other accounts i have created with google.

Now i think that if it just was the site that didn't meet their guidlines the mail would have been different, right?

Did anyone ever experience this? and is there any way i can still get into the adsense program? Should i contact them directly? (Since the mail states they *might* not reply to questions about the reason for not accepting me )

Thanks for your help!

Cheers,
Tim

Create a new gmail address and apply from that, if that's the problem.

    Hi Tim,

When you apply for an AdSense account you are essentially requesting to become a partner with Google. If your past relationship with Google reflects badly on your character, it seems reasonable that they wouldn't want form a partnership with you, as that would reflect onto their character.

What exactly did you do to piss off Google? I suppose try opening a new account but make sure not to make the same mistakes again... obviously, google keeps tabs on everything.

Well the problem is I dont know what exactly I did. That's why I'm asking maybe this is a common problem and there are common solutions.

Do you guys think google recognizes me because of my IP adress? or because I submitted the same site?

          Hi Seamc,

Google has a policy of not disclosing the precise details of violations since this would encourage minimal compliance. They want to encourage the best behavior, not the least passable behavior. In other words, if you want to be safe, don't even get close to crossing the line, because they are not going to tell you how close you are, or exactly where the line is, just that you should be far away from it to be safe.

Yes to both, plus they have many other was of making connections.

Google was started as a project that showed connections between websites, they are all about making connections and they are very good at it. They also know that the first thing many folks do when they get banned for violations is to try to open another account. They expect it and usually can make the connection, unless you go to great lengths to wipe out all traces of past identity.

    Banned
Most people that fail to get an Adsense account, look at the entire situation in the wrong way.

Google doesn't want to see a new application for Adsense submit an IM site, just forget it, it won't happen. I would be surprised If anyone that submits an IM site to Adsense isn't blacklisted from the start.

The Adsense application is easy, create a new blog about any basic hobbies like sports, crafts, collectables, that's it!

If you make it obvious your trying to sell anything, your just making the application difficult.

    It's really not complicated.

Don't bother reapplying with a new gmail account. You've been banned once and its easy to find out when you create other accounts and ban them automatically. They know your name/address/IP address and other information which makes it easy for them to ban all of your new accounts.
