Today i was trying to search google all day but i don't find many to comment on. Can any body please tell me that how can i find these sites for commenting purpose. Thanks.

you can try site:.edu 'keyword'
or site:.gov 'keyword'

I have had a lot of success using this

site:.edu inurl:blog “post a comment” -”comments closed” -”you must be logged in” “insert your keyword here”

Just add your keywords and you can normally find some relevant blog posts

Try this: site:.edu inurl:blog "comments"
