$1000 per Month? ***Advice Needed***

How much targeted traffic would you need to make $1000 per month with a physical products website?

There are a mixture of product shown on the website and they are all "product name" keywords, so also buyer keywords.

The average commision made per sale is $8.

How many total searches would you estimate that you need in order to achieve $1000 per month for that website? It must be specified that all the keywords would be targeted and buyer keywords.

Thanks!

There's no good answer to that.

It's way to general of a question.

You'll need to know your best buying keyphrases and what your conversions are.

Figure out how many sales you need to make $1k/month and assume you have a 1% conversion rate.... how many visitors do you need? (Basic math applies even online )

The pages are well optimised for conversions, links are places in good places and the articles written do not seem written by sales people. They show a mixture of postives, negatives and customer reviews.

What conversions rates do you usually experince with physical products websites.
I am new to the physical products market, as I used to prefer digital products.

Indeed the maths question is simple.
Besides that, are all of your traffic organic???

All my traffic is organic. Well, a very low number comes from articles, but I mainly focus on SEO.

You should always assume a low conversion. That's why I suggested 1%

I usually assume 10 sales for every 1000 ...so yeah 1% ... Do you experience better conversion rates with physical products, rather than digital

I am getting a sales from visitors at 8% on the high end and 1.5% on the low end on physical product sites I have, so as you can see it varies.

No one can really say, you just have to put it together, get backlinks and move on to making another site or making new pages.

You need to make 122 sales per month -- so at a 1% conversion rate, you are going to need about 12K uniques per month in order to meet your goal.
