Does anyone know of a good network to get IM leads with PPV traffic?

I'm looking to build a huge list and I want to start with a network that actually sends good traffic...

Anyone chime in if you have any experience in PPV/CPV..

    I have yet to find one no matter how much you pay per click that's worth squat. I have tested over 20.

    To build an IM list create a really hot product and give it everyone who has a list to sell to their lists for free or for just $5 so you know you have a buyers list. Make your product a gotta have item. Sell it here for $4 then sell it to all the lists for $5 and viola you got a great list.
