I am pretty familiar with the general concept of local SEO. From what I have read it is the idea of getting ranked for a region-specific keyword such as "Denver Dentist" and then leveraging that ranked site for money to the right individuals. This is obviously a lucrative way to make money for little rnaking effort relative to higher competition keywords.
What I'm wondering is what the business model people are using to make a profit looks like. Does anyone have any tips or keys to success for this sort of work?
