    Google keyword tool is better.
    I think the wordtracker gets its data from google.

    i stopped using both and started to use keyword elite but then a
    friend told me about keyword samari which i think is alot better.

    There aren't 100% accurate tools.
    Google is reporting monthly figures and Wordtracker is reporting daily figures. Default search on Google returns Broad match results, Wordtracker returns an Exact match. So that are the differences.

    Why don't you use Rank Tracker? It's integrated with both Google Adwords Keyword tool and Wordtracker. Besides, it offers a dozen more ways to research keywords.
    As for which one of them is more accurate, they each have their own database. How exactly they compile it - only they know the answer.

    According To my Information there are continuous complaints regarding Google Adwords that Google Adwords are not providing accurate results!! So in my Opinion Word Tracker is more appropriate comparable to Google Adwords.
