Google updated the page ranks of websites Globally. Most of the websites page ranks have been improved and webmasters and seo's are discussing it every where.

One of my website's Page Rank improved from 0 to 4.

Share your updated PR's and your thoughts on this update? What do you think? Is this update going to improve the websites quality and visibility?

    Either.

Personally I don't care. What really matters to me is rank.

I say this becuse I think PR plays very little when it comes to ranking your site.

The only time I'd care is if I was buying/selling backlinks from high PR pages.

Wow that's a huge jump. You must have some very powerful links from some authority sites or a TON of spam going on LOL.

My biggest jump was from PR1 - PR3. Very happy with that though. Shame that sites doesn't seem to be getting any love in the rankings.

I agree that PR has very little to do with ranking, but it is an indicator that you are on the right track and chances are high that Google recognize the site as a good one.

Anyway it shouldn't be a big concern because I have seen a lot of high PR sites closed their websites and business while other PR0 sites are still making money.

For the latest update, my site went from PR0 to PR4 and all other level 1 web pages increased to PR3, except contacts page.

I am one of those online buyers who will look at the site's PR before giving away my credit card details. This sound like an unusual habit but I know there's something to do with trust and credibility.

PR is not an important factor when it comes to rankings and SERP's but we can get benefits from it in other ways.
