    Hey There,

Always make sure your website is On-Page optimized PERFECTLY. Then you can go into link building.

I would suggest building both high PR, relevant, HQ backlinks as well as some, well... spam links (high quantity blog commenting, forum profiles etc.). Remember that link diversity is what google loves. Oh, and don't build too many links to your website too fast - if it's only 4 months old building 3000+ links to it might be a little overkill.

    Cheers!

As said above, on page optimization is huge. Oddly enough, it's also one of the easiest parts about SEO. The main factors you need to worry about are the Title Tag, the meta description, and an h1 tag on page. Meta keywords are useful for search engines other than Google. Try and get your main keyword in each of those positions.

If you want to get more advanced with the on page, you can include keyword densities, bold/italics, h2-h6 tags, alt texts, image names, keyword locations, and a few other methods. The bulk of the on page comes from the 3 things I mentioned in the previous paragraph.

Also when getting links built, you need to worry about link variety, link acceleration and link velocity. Quality is much more important than quantity, and if you can get links in your niche all the better.

Link variety is getting links from a variety of sources. (blogs, forums, article directories, web directories, web 2.0, social media, social bookmarks) (also vary the anchor texts, and have some without anchor text)

Link Acceleration is slowly increasing the amount of links you build to the site.

Link Velocity is keeping the link building process going for an extended period of time.

You want the link building to appear as natural as possible. Think about how a normal site would gain popularity, and try and mimic it.

1500 indexed pages. I hope you're using a CMS like Wordpress. Use the SEO plugins to make life easier. I'd suggest All In One SEO, Robots.txt, SEO Smartlinks, Google xml sitemaps, and w3 cache.

I'll keep following this thread so if you have any questions, I can definitely help. I run an SEO company, have clients all over the country in all sorts of markets. I'm quite active on another SEO forum, and only occasionally stop by here.

I'm not sure about the rules on WF, so I won't include any contact info, or try and sell to you. But I'm more than happy to answer any questions you have.

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks. ~englandrm

Thats a very good nice quick primer on the basics but there are a few more issues that go into that with a site with a lot of pages. Navigation (huge area that webmasters overlook), running crawls to pick up areas of duplicate content (especially important after Panda), Keyword placement higher on pages. Robot text issues (you would be surprised at the number of pages onsome sites being blocked wrongfully and allowed wrongfully - Search bots will not crawl all of a site no matter the size so wasting your crawl quota on pages that you don't care to be indexed is a waste).

Just finished overseeing a total rebuild for SEO issues for one of my clients (a major job search company) and lots of issues come up so its not always easy. They were a PR5 site that wasn't even showing up for any of the terms they wanted to target because of how their scripts were setup and because the navigation was not optimized (so google wasn't finding their pages as it should)

I agree with most of your other link advice but I've never worried about this (perhaps because I don't even touch Forum profiles etc). I find that if you are getting the right kinds of links its almost impossible to get them too quickly. Thing is with the right links you don't have to ping or backlink your backlinks. Google finds then easily in due time. As long as you are not going for junk profile and blog comment links blasted by bots I'd rather build them quicker so the links have more time to age (big factor )

I'd recommend the OP spend the money on getting High Pr links Over buying high priced software that does nothing but spit our Profile N/A links. I'd definitely add that if he has the cash now to spend he NOT use it to waste money on things like Senuke and Senuke service providers. If you have that kind of cash and more you should be looking at getting contextual or what Google calls "editorial" links. Preferably on High PR pages in your niche.

Actually fiverr has most everything you need. Blog comments, forum posts, xrumer and sb blasts, article creation, article distribution, social bookmarking, etc.

The problem is you don't have control over it. You don't know how spammed some of these pages are, the quality of the posts, and any other negative factors that could be involved.

I'm sure the argument will pop up, "check the reviews." Most people that use fiverr, don't know a ton about SEO and just get sucked in by the hype of "2k backlinks to their page." They see that they got their 2k links, and write a great review. Be careful with that, and do your research ahead of time.

since you have that much money you could either buy some of the very expensive link building software ( or all of them ) or you could hire some very talented people who may have access to those tools and more. its up to you and what exactly you plan on promoting.

First off do your homework first.

Alot of "seo companies" will just do profile linking or article submissions and call it SEO.

While these methods DO work they only work when used properly as part of an SEO plan.

You have a pretty decent sized budget but I caution you on not blowing it all one month. Going heavy on SEO for a month and then doing nothing will not give you good long term results.

I suggest you contact a few SEO companies and see what sort of plan they would have for your website. Make sure that the plan is evenly spaced out for at-least 3 months or more. See what mix of backlinks you are getting and what they do with those backlinks once they are built.

You also need to make sure they are taking proper care of your on-site seo and dabble is social media atleast just a little to make sure you get good long term rankings.

If you need more help or advise feel free to drop me a line.

Hi Cortez, congrats on having a website with pages indexed, that is an accomplishment in itself.

Fiverr is great source if you have a video you are promoting on YouTube since the same promotion and backlinking rules don't apply as they would at Google.

I have had great luck working with fellow Warriors so be sure to check out the Warriors For Hire sections and the WSOs.

Another source I have really enjoyed is at BuySellAds. There are others but for the niches I am in, this one has worked really well.

If you don't know where to start, you may need to first create a marketing plan blue-print of sorts for your specific site and then implement it. If you need something like that, you could check out TheSourcePublishing.com

Hope this helps and congrats on taking action!

    All the best, Leah
