How do you get this type of backlink from this type of site? The url is Blogger Pinnacle. You can see it in the sidebar under blogroll. Do you need to enter a network or pay a service to get this type of backlinks?

    Yes those are mostly paid links. If you see a blog where all the links are related to the blog and there are not very many then good chance the blog owner just likes those sites. If you see a bunch of unrelated links then best guess is they are paid links.

    For ranking purposes though you are much better off looking at those links he has in the articles themselves. Links buried in content helps you a lot more than those bare ones in the blog roll.
