Hi,

Should I enable the RSS and Atom feed for my blogs or not? What are disadvantages of RSS feeds? I think it is useless. Please advise.

Yes, because you will get traffic from random places that index your RSS feeds or grab them and put them on their sites. This is a great way for random online traffic.
