The title pretty much says it all. How do I tell if a domain is good enough to build a backlink to my website?

    The website's PR?
    How often the website update?
    Are its contents high quality?
    If one website share similar niche with your website, it has high PR, its contents updated often and its contents are original and high quality, yes, you should do your best to get a backlink from it.
