    It is almost impossible to get a page(not domain) backlink of pr6 ,unless you pay for it, which I do not recommend. Just do blog commenting and you will find pr3+ pages.

    Mince is correct, you will be able to find high page rank pages by blog commenting, just make sure to confirm that the actual page your link is going on will be PR'x', because alot of people will see a site that is page rank 5 and think that if they make a profile on that site, then it will be a PR5 link (which is why profile link packets aren't as amazing as people believe).
