Are Google + links Dofollow?

Well yeah like the title says. I just today got my Google + account and put up a link to my site from it. It seems to me that the links are do follow links, am I correct it that? If so that is FANTASTIC! hope they don't stop that.

      I thought they were, that is fantastic. A great reason to open a Google+ account for all internet marketers. Now everyone just needs to catch up on their Social Website sharing buttons to add Google+ to the rest.

    They are dofollow...the talk is that Twitter and Facebook are being phased out of search engine results or at least faded out. Google plus is going to take that place......there are many dofollow spots..but you have to find them.

    I would be hesitant to think that Google will see these links of a relatively high value whether they are dofollow or not. It is too easier to spam the search engines with new profiles as Google knows exactly when (Google... rather than Google +) accounts have been created.

    As Google + is the companies shiny new toy I would think they would come down as hard as nails on anyone they suspect as gaming Google + just to get link benefit and put any shadow over the usefulness of their features.

    Just my 2 cents but I will be taking great care in this situation myself.

    obviously big G wants to introduce Plus to the community. So Google will give you something in the beginning, i.e. dofollow, when it is more popular and being abused, they will simply take it away again. No problem for Google.
