How do I find a high quality linkbuilder to outsource to?

Hi,

I've been doing IM for a number of years, but I've always done everything myself.

I'd now like to outsource some SEO to someone else.

I'd want the person to find me relevant, high quality links - not "blast" me with XRumer links, or anything like that (I'd be too scared of getting penalised!)

Does anyone have any tips? Perhaps how I should phrase an advert, what I should look for in a contractor, anything like that?

    Whenever I try to outsource something I always get about 10 poor quality people before one that I can stick with.

    Always state very clearly what you want, then chat a little, try to get 10-15 interested people. then take the top 2-3 from that and give them a small one time job to complete - hire whoever does best. If that person slacks off after the initial hire then go back to one of the other top people.

    Since you have done IM for several years, I am sure you are experience with the kind of links that you want to build. Hire an freelancer and train him where to get the kind of links and tell him exactly the steps so you can have a permanent reliable link builder for yourself. Hire him for long term.
