In this scenario, I would do social bookmarking, fb, twitter, google places, press releases. And then I would pick 1 medium-high competition keyword with over 20,000 exact match searches and build backlinks for that term(long term strategy). In order to get the revenue going faster, I would also get some keywords with 1000 searches each and optimise that site for them(keywords that would rank in 2-3 months).

Please feel free to give suggestions!

    I will

    1) send newsletters via emails to targeted traffic
    2) place advertisements on several relevant webpages.
    3) create some videos and post those on tube sites.
    4) pictures will be distributed to pic sites like picasa ..... etc...
    5) I will write blogs and comment on relevant forums.
    6) hmmmm let me think......

As Mike mentioned, create something viral using your unique selling proposition.

Its too soon for rankings, especially in the tshirt market. You'll need to build links/SEO over time. Don't rely on SEO for traffic in the beginning. Rather focus on social/unique methods to gain viral & targeted traffic.

Social Media/Facebook might be the best route for that. Its kind of hard to brand your self for search when no one knows who you are.

Facebook PPC to a like page. And set up a Facebook store where people can buy directly from your facebook page.

But once you have that page set up and you are making sales redirect them to your personal site incase facebook says screw you and cancel your account for no reason!
