Onpage SEO Interlinking Question

Doing some onpage SEO and I had a simple question. If I want a category page to rank, should I limit the outgoing links on that category page that I want to rank? Should I have zero since I would be passing link juice to other pages with that outgoing link?

Thank you

on eccomerce websites it is ok to have massive interlinks as long as they link to similar product. This will give you tons of link juice to each page. So interlink to your hearts desire! But make sure its related products.

Amazon uses serious internal linking on their sites, and Google loves them. It's okay to push the link juice around on your own site.

Leslie Rohde, a serious technical guy who knows internal linking beyond anyone I've ever found, suggests that you limit your internal linking on a page to no more than 100-150 links. Something around 50-75 would probably be better.

Keep in mind that this includes every navigation link, body link, header and footer link and more. But 3 links sure won't hurt you.

The only question is if those links are passing link love out of your site to somewhere else, or are contained on your own site, where they can do you lots of good with internal linking.
