PR of site jumped to 4 and now it's 3 again??

Hey guys,

I have a site that was PR 3 and when there was the recent PR update it jumped to PR 4.

Today I saw the site is once again PR 3...what is that????

Anyone had something similar or can explain what went wrong here?

  Has nothing to do with any dance, that refers to keyword rankings not PR.

Almost all sites PR down by one .... very strange update this one that too in less then a week and for the first time accompanied with sharp serp movements ....
