Clickbank Sales Pages #1 on Google

I have noticed recently in doing searches on Google for certain keywords that many Clickbank vendors sales or landing pages are showing up #1 on Google for certain terms pertaining to their product. As you know, these are nothing more that a one page sales pages with no articles, backlinks, etc, yet they are ranking #1 on Google. What I was wondering is could I or anyone for that matter simply write a one page sales letter or landing page and put it up as a site using keywords for a certain clickbank product with an exact domain match like catfishbait.net or org? Since it seems that so many of the clickbank products are ranking #1 for keywords with only a sales or landing page, one could also do this type of thing with a single page site promoting the product and get ranked #1. And I noticed that most of them stay for a long time at #1.

    Might it be the 5,000,000 backlinks they each have that are getting them ranked like that, rather than the sites themselves? Or are the "certain terms pertaining to the product" enormously long-tail keywords that very few people are actually searching for? To get to #1 on Google on is very easy, after all: it's getting there for search terms for which significant numbers of people are actually looking that's the trick.

    I have squeeze page that ranks #1 for "build a huge list" and several other similar terms. In fact, last check it was on 4th page for "list building"...

    So yes, it is very possible...

    My secret? I have the worlds best VA (backlinks :p)

    I'm noticing the same trend, and wondering why. Some of them are for quite generic keywords with many searches. I mean some of the most competitive ones.

    Must be the exact match domain name carries is helping an also probably alot of backlinks, not sure exactly without having more facts.
