well my site in not indexed in google anymore..why its happened and how can i get back?

i was getting 200-300 visitors per day and ranked very high for some keywords, but in 1 day i can't find my site anymore , even not when i'm searching site:www.domain.com
i really dont understand why its happened because i didnt send to many unusual backlinks and not black hat strategies...

You can't find the site by it's domain name in Google?

Sounds more like being deindexed not sandboxed.

    Yep that sounds like de-indexing.

You need to fix the problem and file a Reconsideration request

Their system is bit more better now.

If Your site was not manually removed from the index by the webspam team, they will email back within a few days telling you so and advising that there's no need to file a request.

If you don't get a reply, then you need to wait a while longer while they evaluate whether to re-include you in the index.

For the question on your title.... I always came back though I don't like referring to mine as sandbox, Google dance makes me feel a lot more safer. Maybe if you are talking about Google dance, I might have one or two tips for you on how to beat it

i dont know what i did wrong, no black hat strategies at all!
the only reason that comes to head is that i sent to much backlinks to inner pages and not enough to the main domain.

from backlinking process you are never de- indexed.

check your robots.txt file or duplicate content issue if you have with your site.

check your google webmaster account any issue with that.

If everything is ok try to update the content create few backlinks.

if nothing works then approach google for reconsideration.

      Thanks

If you have some idea of why your site was de-indexed, you should fix these problems and submit and reconsideration request. If all fails, you can still use the same content but put in under a new domain.

Maybe you did something that made google punish you. Reconsider your options and also undo the changes that you may have done during this time period. Also like someone mentioned file a Reconsideratin Request. This is not sand box rather a penalty or punishment of some kind.
