When do you put your website live on the internet?

I'm building a new website and would like to know when is the best time to upload it to the hosting company? Should I just finish the index page, privacy policy page and contact page, put it on the internet and then add more pages to the site over the next couple weeks or should I wait until the site is completely done and then upload it to the internet?

    Upload it now. And add content gradually.
