(Mods, feel free to move if in the wrong forum.)

Hi all, I'm new here and was hoping to get some honest feedback on my site. hxxp://wheresmyseat.net

This site is just under 60 days old and I am a noob to SEO, php and css; but with a lot of reading and some very good luck, I have been able to get a large majority of my images on the front pages of Google, Bing and Yahoo. I have not had the same luck with my posts, but I'll take what I can get.

I am using WP 3.2 with the free Arras theme. I have spent a great deal of time modifying the css in the theme to get the results that I have. I am using the PixoPoint menu, but there is very little information on modifying the css, so I've had to add a WP top menu.

Ideally, I envision this site being a one stop shop for all things entertainment related - however I still have a very long way to go. I estimate that I still need to add approximately 200 venues and then the major task of adding major recording artists and Broadway and Las Vegas shows.

I have made a grand total of $3.50 in Adsense revenue and certainly underestimated the massive amount of competition in the aftermarket ticket market. I have more than a few banner ads as well as Amazon, but I think I may have too much.

I am trying hard to to to traditional SEO methods and avoiding link farms and in general Black hat SEO - however, I would like some advice as to what you feel is the best methods to improve my SEO and increase my page rank (currently at 0 - no where to go but up! ).

I am currently getting between 300-400 new visits a day with approx. 400-525 page view a day with the majority being organic Google traffic.

I would like to get an honest assessment from the community and could use some advise on what I could do better.

Thanks in advance (please be kind...... )

First thing, I'm not seeing any ad banners above the fold on the main page. Half a banner is above on an individual page. You might try moving some of those around. My best advice on that is to test with different banner placements and see if something else converts. With a few hundred visits a day you can get enough traffic in a week or so to get some good data.

Your basic SEO looks decent. In my opinion, especially if you are pulling in as much traffic as you say, you probably just need to focus on testing your banner and ad placements.
