Any suggestions on design and keywords for my product review blog?

Hi Warriors,
I just started a new Amazon product review blog where I will post automatic espresso maker reviews & tips and gourmet coffee recipes (I will change the header where the tagline reads Reviews, Recipes, and Tips Using Automatic Espresso Makers).
Any suggestions for design as well as keywords on my product review page? How many keywords should I be using? Also, what should I do about tag pages? Wordpress is auto-generating tag pages (domainname.com/tag/tag-name). Google is indexing my tag pages. Should I remove them using robot.txt or should I keep this format?
