Micro Niche Keyword searvice?

There are at least half a dozen different "current" (some not so current) offers here on these forums for Micro Niche site building. But the thing I haven't seen or been able to find is someone offering the micro niche keywords without offering to build the site along with it.
With a good keyword I can spend an hour or 2 doing research, an hour to write up some content and another hour or 2 to build me a website, and have me a micro niche site set up in a single day. But I have been having some serious problems finding any good or even half good micro niche keywords to work with. Building, writing and backlinking sites are the easy parts for me, my problem is actually finding the low competition keywords to use for micro niche sites.
Are there any services here, heck or even somewhere else, that will do the keyword research and sell me the keywords at less than the full site set-up costs?
heh I was also wondering about a keyword I found if anyone can tell me... I found a 4 word keyword that is actually really well suited for a micro niche site but the weird thing is 8 of the top 10 listings on Google with or without the quotes show the exact same site just different pages for the site and the keyword is NOT in the domain name. Weird. Would that mean it would be easy to rank in those top 8 spots since only one of those listings is actually the front page of a website?
