Where you've managed to get the best price per click? Are there still services with keywords below 5 cents?
I just need some cheap but targeted traffic to test couple of things

Yes 0.05 clicks are available especially on Facebook..if you eventually switch over to CPM..you can get really low to 0.01 per click.

But this comes with one caveat...YOU HAVE TO GET PRECISE WITH YOUR TARGETING AND HAVE A ROCK SOLID CTR !

These two factors go hand in hand.

On adwords precise targeting with a great ad and split testing your LP will get your clicks very cheap ..if you have a solid quality score.

But on facebook yes u can get clicks very cheaply but once again..make ads people WANT TO SEE and target them precisely and you will get cheap clicks !

If your target audience is the "make money online" crowd (participants in this forum, for example), then running WSOs can do wonders. I run one every day and make a very nice ROI, build my list, and get lots of traffic.

i registered at facebook ads yesterday and really can understand how to target my ads

they are for males and females, all countries, all ages, all works, all education.... basicly for everyone that would need to travel at one point
right now my potential pool according to facebook is 200M and recommend CPC is 0.71 - 1.30

    what would you advise me?

You could try narrowing down your fields for a test run to see if you get good results. For example, pick just 1 or 2 countries you want to see your ad. And maybe just people age group from late teens to late 20's or something. It should lower your CPC if you have less people to look at your ad I would think.

Facebook ads are certainly a lot more cost effective than Google (for the time being). I would start thinking about the visitors to your site who you think will be the highest converters or enjoy the content you have the most. You mention travel but if you can elaborate more on what your site offers then I'm sure you will get more specific guidance.

For example, if your site sold tickets to travel destinations that start considering age as a targeting factor... under 18's might not have the disposable income neccessary to buy from your site.
Think about the parts of your site which might have different travel destinations which would be of interest to different demographics... create two ad groups for romantic trips and target men and women individually with tailored ad texts to each audience and then look at the results and optimise based on your success levels.

Providing more information in this thread as to what your site offers will help you get the advice you need.

it's a hotel price comparison and booking site, so pretty much every one from every where is a potential user

with adwords i would target by hotel names, city names but with facebook i'm lost

I would disagree that every one is a potential user. Not wishing to be flippent by this statement but not too many people under the age of 16 could probably afford to book hotels.

Instead of thinking about who and where start thinking about what your visitors and potential customers are interseted in and target them based on what they do and what they like. Have a read of this Search Engine Land article about occupational targeting and it will give you some tips on how to think more about who your potential customers are and what they might have an interest in which overlaps with your business: How To Use Occupational Targeting In Facebook For B2B Leads & Sales

thanks for the link will check it out

i said that pretty much everyone is a potential user, exactly because of the age, infact that the only thing i've narrowed down and it's set to 18-65
