Panda Updated - Anyone Seeing Improvements?

I read on SearchEngineLand that Panda has updated again (Official: Google Panda 2.3 Update Is Live).

Wondering if anyone has seen improvements, and if so, did you do anything to your site recently to try to "improve it" in Google's eyes?

Something interesting to note from the article:

Google told us “this update incorporates some new signals that help differentiate between higher- and lower-quality sites.” “As a result, some sites are ranking higher after this most recent update,” Google added.
I wonder if Google takes us for complete and utter idiots. The reason I wonder that is because of the following quote from above:

“As a result, some sites are ranking higher after this most recent update,” Google added.
Search is a zero-sum game. Of course some sites are going to be ranking higher if they change things. ... And some sites are going to be ranking lower.

Do they think we'll swallow ANYTHING they say?

This is typical Google. The "signals" in the "social world" tell them that they're catching crap for axing legitimate, quality sites (and ruining people's livelihoods in the process). So what do they do? They try to spin their way out of it by telling us coins are one-sided.

(It should be interesting to note how many people will come on this very forum in the next few weeks/months/years and profess with absolute authority and arrogance that coins are one-sided.)

So we're told. Yet completely legitimate sites with nothing but unique content were hit by Panda.

I continue to maintain that coins do not have only one side. ... Call me crazy.

Hmm. I have noticed some minor changes too. Recently I have read on different threads at forum sites that Twitter had gone from PR9 to zero and back again in one just one day. Maybe it was and effect of the latest Google Panda Update you are saying, but as of now, I haven't seen any major effect yet, except that some website I have seen (my competitors) have gone down in ranking ..

All of my sites went up. I had made no changes or done anything at all besides throwing some backlinks their way like normal.
