Page got deindexed-what to do?

Hi,
One page of my web site got deindex from Google SERP, All the Keywords related to that page were on first position, can you guys help me out why it has happened, please tell me about how many days it will take to come back and what i needed to do?

    De-indexed means what? the age must have gone down because your competitors work... SERP rankings are not stationary.. and it all depends on your site performance.. try making some good back links..
