SEOPressor-How to automate recommendations?

Hi, just installed SEOPressor and I see the recommendations to raise keyword density and the like...is there any product out there that will allow me to either:
A. Make changes manually to each SEOPressor recommendation?
B. Make changes automatically with my approval?

    A. I'm not exactly sure if you can change the pre-sets for the plugin.

    B. I'm not sure what you mean by that... How could something automatically change only with your approval?
